I read that we've won 11 out of 12 v 4th division sides, so it's not normal we would lose, but a lot of these types of games have been a struggle. Which division were Accrington Stanley, for example, who were only beaten by a last minute worldy free kick by Payet?
You can only beat what's in front of you, and it was nice to see us do just that so professionally.

Listening to Pelle’s press conference after the game and his strategy to move the under 23’s to the main training ground is a real master stroke and has obviously paid off. So refreshing to see a manger interested in the youth.. well done Manuel..

The only downer of the night was seeing cheating diving Alli con the ref in the spurs game allowing them back into the game They didn't have VAR there

thing I liked about diangana was that he never stopped easy to have hidden when it wasn't going right but just kept wanting the be taking players on.

I'd never heard of him, as I'm no expert on the kids coming through, but apparently Diagana has been with us since he was about 10, and his highlights certainly looked impressive, and effective. Very nice to have him coming through. I was also impressed with Powell's through ball for the 8th goal.
To say there are many encouraging signs is a gross understatement.

Great win, good to see youngsters coming through. Good to see that Rice is almost considered a senior.
I had only my second trip to the stadium last night and I can understand why people aren't in love with the place....but another thread maybe...
BUT. I thought some of our support (where I was sat anyway ,TB stand was embarrassing). Macclesfield had a fair few there and would have had a long trip, I actually wanted them to nick one!
